Wishing you and family a happy Chinese New Year.
Hi Veronica,Happy Chinese New Year to you and your family too :)
Hi Miss B,Happy Chinese New Year to you and your family. I haven't been updating my blog for a quite a while. So busy at the start of the New Year.... just wante you to know that I finally got round to making good use of the pineapple paste you have given me last year!!! Good timing, too. Just made THEM today, on my off day :-)
Hi nasifriet,Happy CNY to you too! Oh, so did you make the closed or open type of pineapple tarts? I saw so many people bake them during bake-along, so envious but no time and energy this year. Pm me more about your tarts :)
I made the closed-up ones. No proper moulds, and I did not have a lot of time either. If you hop over to my blog, I took some pictures of the results (incl your paste!!!). You have packed the paste really well. They were as good as fresh. It's a good brand. Not too sweet. I'm bookmarking that brand. Thanks for the "push".... I needed that ;-) Hope you have a great CNY with your family. I'm looking forward to a nice, hot and spicy steamboat dinner with some friends this Sunday....*wink*
Hi Miss B, Gong Xi Fa Chai! May you gallop into a prosperous year too!!!
Hi Ivy,Thank you! Gong Xi Fa Cai, wish you and your family a prosperous and abundant new year too !
